Solar Dryer Demonstration

homepower.comTim & Janet Kroeker of Roseau River, MB have invited our own Jack Heppner to their home to help build a solar food dehydrator similar to this. If you've got lots of food to dehydrate and would like to use the sun's energy to do it, this may pique your interest.
Note: This is a demonstration - not a hands-on workshop. It's also a free way to see the construction process in action, meet people, and connect with an experienced builder!

Directions: Head S on 12, turn W on 205 to Sarto until you come to 216 at Grunthal turn S for Rosa about 15kms until you get to 59, turn south again through Rosa. Turn W on13N, we are the 5th driveway on the south side (green sign 27032)
