Summer in the City

Eric Rempel demonstrated the elegant versatility of bicycle technology leading up to Summer in the City this year. On the morning of the event, he was seen transporting our entire display frame through the streets of Steinbach to our location in front of the Green Tree Restaurant!

A big thank you to everyone who helped with this year's display, which focused on food production and local food purchasing. Southeast Manitoba is blessed with the resources to supply a rich and nutritious diet without artificial fertilizers when managed carefully. Local food production in this manner benefits us all, so let's keep supporting local producers that offer sustainable, healthy and economically secure food access.
