New Book by Laura Reeves!

Our own Laura Reeves is launching her new book: Laura Reeves' Guide to Useful Plants - featuring uses and recipes for plants that you can find right here in Manitoba! Here's how she describes it:

"This 216-page book is a collection of my experiences with over 65 wild plants and mushrooms.  It is packed full of stories of my experiments (some successful and some not), accidental discoveries, recipes, and directions for using plants for food, medicine, wilderness survival, and just plain fun."

Book Launch:

Laura is launching her book at 7:30, Tuesday Nov 3 at McNally Robinson in Grant Park Mall. Don't miss this great opportunity to support a local author and - as she says, "Get your very own signed copy"!

Congratulations to Laura on a wonderful achievement.
